• Motorised infeed conveyor controlled by inverter, for smooth product handling.
• Product-tipping unit with friction technology and adjustable vertical belts, which can be activated or deactivated depending on the format preparation requirements.
• Adjustable product grouping system, featuring a motorised lower conveyor and motorised depressor, fully electronically adjustable and controlled by two servomotors.
• VS pusher system with a motorised vertical & horizontal axis, also electronically adjustable and controlled by two servomotors.
• New format stabilisation system positioned after the sealing bar, equipped with fixed rollers and pneumatic pressure.
• Double-chamber tunnel with fibreglass rods, controlled by inverter, capable of ensuring shrink-wrapping of up to 25 bundles per minute.
• Intuitive user interface via a 7-inch touch panel, facilitating simple and comprehensive machine parameterisation.
